What A Start!
I hope you all got involved the college football last night the only team to let us down was Boise State otherwise the other 5 teams Ohio State, Georgia Southern, E.Michigan, Utah and Northwestern all beat the spread put up on the blog whether you guys trading I decided to straight bet you shouldn’t have lost money, to think we don’t charge as well.
On With NFL Matchups.
Firstly stay away from the Bills period yes they have a bad team but the offense looked completely different to the week before and they lack consistency at the moment so should be avoided at all costs.
NY Giants @ Carolina
Carolina is coming off a bye week so are well rested and they also have this game at home, Carolina is 4-0 coming off a bye week, 6-1 in there last 7 home games this is a great starting point for Carolina, the line on Betfair is currently -6.5 I would be happy to take that right now. 2-0 at home this season as well, their top of the league for rushing yards on offense.
The Giants were lucky to only lose by as much as they did last week against the Saints with the Saints, being stopped and slow in the red zone not to mention the dropped touchdown by Ben Watson, the only thing NY has going for the is Saquon Barkley who could do some damage against this Carolina defense he has favorable matchups but one man won’t pull this team over the line. Carolina -6.5
Miami @ Cincinnati
The looks that a close matchup on paper the line currently sits a -6 Cincinnati which we think you should grab a hold of for sure. We had this game down close to double-digit handicap to Cincinnati. Bengals Geno Atkins has recorded a sack in each of his last three games and has 3.5 in his past three meetings with the Dolphins. Bengals also sits 4th in points scored on offense, Miami is 14th for points allowed 22.5pts. In regards to Miami, an injury-riddled interior of the offensive line is a sore spot, as top free-agent guard Josh Sitton, center Daniel Kilgore, and reserve Jake Brendel are all on injured reserve already. Bengals -6
Bengals have some strong stats as well including.
- Bengals are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 vs. AFC.
- Bengals are 5-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning record.
- Bengals are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall.
- Bengals are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 home games vs. a team with a winning road record
- Bengals are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games.
- Bengals are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a straight up win.
Whereas Miami isn’t doing so well with the following stats.
- Dolphins are 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 games following an ATS loss.
- Dolphins are 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games following a straight up loss.
- Dolphins are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 road games.
- Dolphins are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.
Oakland @ LA Chargers
The Line Sits @ Chargers -5
Ranked dead last in both sacks (5) and quarterback hits (15), the Raiders should provide Philip Rivers with a squeaky-clean Week 5 pocket. Raiders are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games following a straight up win. Raiders are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games in October. So Chargers should be allowed to score points in this game. They sit 9th for total yards on offense but Chargers also sit 28th for points allowed as well. Raiders sit 2nd for total yards and 31st for points allowed so this game will definitely be end-end in every sense of the word. Looking at points scored they sit 14th with 24pts on offense whereas the Chargers 9th with 27pts on offense. Chargers -5
